[sdnog] 1G SFP into 10G port will it work ?

>From the protocol side :
SFP+ is backward compatible with SFP
>From the hardware side (NIC):
10G is backward compatible with 1G

But to be in the safe side its is better to hardcode the server to work in
1G speed and Full duplex to avoid the negotiation problem (if the switch
and the server from a diffrent vendor and of cource they will be)
